I am not sure if this is what I am looking for,but it says I have on my computer:
Intel R 82845G/GL/GE/GV GRAPHICS CONTROLLER
I need to have :
64 MB GeForce3-class video card. The game only officially supports cards with ATI (Radeon 8500 or greater) and Nvidia chipsets, and the Intel GMA 900 and GMA 950 products. The
DirectX 9.0c or above.

A 64MB GeForce3 is a low-end requirement these days. Go to Start-Run and type "dxdiag". Click OK and go to the Display tab. You'll see more info there.
You can also search for "Belarc Advisor" on Yahoo. It's a free tool you can download which will show you a ton of specs on your PC, including make/model.
And finally, you can go to your PC manufacturer's website usually and type in your service tag or serial number for specs.

What steps do I have to take when disconnecting one external ethernet modem and connecting a new one?

I'm, just curious if this will screw up any current modem configuration on my computer and not allow me to access the internet. The old modem is a Thompson TG508 and the new one is a D-Link (DI604)
I'll be sharing the internet with another comp. We both use Windows Vista

ok 1st please make a restore point on your computer this will save all current setting's for you devices
next unplug the old modem and set it off to the side for now use the old wires that was wired to the old modem and plug in the new
after you power up the modem you will see an icon pop up on the bottom a plug and play notification of a new device found
just close that out unless you have a cd that you have to install with the new modem new modems mostly don't have drivers to install there is no need to worry about the old modem even if the new one dosent take and you have to set up the drivers for the old modem will be saved and you can all ways get back on by just reversing what we do here
ok now RESET your modem the new unit and reset the router there will be a small pin hole on the back of both units place a paper clip in the holes for 30 seconds and this will re-set them
now reset the computer and it will detect new networks select your network or the network you were using if you don't know this info you need to install a program called BELARC ADVISOR this program dosent have to be connected to the internet to work "only to d/l it you have to be online" this will tell you every thing you never knew about your computer AWESOME PROGRAM and FREE record the info on YOUR INTERNET / GATEWAY
this will tell you all you need to know about your connection
now go to the little icon of the monitor and right click and select REPAIR connection this will reset your connection and refrest it for thenew device MIGHT be able to skip this park 90% chance it will automatically do this for you
next goto internet explorer or firefox what ever browser you use and open it
and your on the internet
