Thru the day my hubby and I access the net for info or check email, etc., so are we better off not shutting down? Ever? I've heard that it takes more energy to power up when you start your computer. What's best?
Answer
sleep and the reason being if you shut down or hibernate you load your data back to the hard drive;saves wear and tear on the hard drive and sleep doesn't use much pwr. at all.

I have found if you increase the size of your font by holding down the CTRL
button (lower left/right on your keyboard) and rotate the wheel on your mouse
forward to increase the size of your font you can force the ad off the right side
of your email page. You can also accomplish this by holding down the CTRL button on your key board and clicking on the plus "+" sign to increase the size. You will then have to scroll to the right to read all of the text.
