I love teen titans and i would like to find a site where i can watch without downloading or giving away personal info or without quizzes or sites that would bring crazy stuff to my computer and make it lagg like crazy. Please help!

Just curious what others use besides the workbooks as I'm looking for alternate ideas to keep my kids interested. Is it okay to invoke the computer for say doing math/grammar work once in a while? Thanks.

There are a multitude of options when homeschooling. Use whatever combination works best for you.
You can use literature to teach. Read biographies and historical fiction with your children. It's a great way to learn history and even science.

Switched-On Schoolhouse (http://www.aophomeschooling.com/switched-on-schoolhouse/overview.php ) is a computer based curriculum fro grades 3-12. Once you install the CD's on the computer, the program creates your lesson plans and maintains all your records for you. Each day your student logs into his school desktop, completes the days assignments and the program grades about 90% of the work for you. In addition to the lesson and comprehension questions about the lesson, there are video clips, slide presentations, web links and Tiny Tutors to enhance the lesson. Jump Start Computer Games are also great educational supplements.
Visit the Library, go on field trips, talk with workers who come to your home. Your children will learn a lot and probably not forget watching that heater repairman's explanation as he takes apart your heater.
