okay, i have a toshiba satellite A135-S4467 lap top, and i was trying to download a game, but every time i tried to play it it would say "requires min. DirectX 9.0c version and the latest graphic card driver" what do i do??????
im no good with computers... could someone IM me;

you need to go to the Toshiba website find the support section or Downloads and Drivers > enter the info about your computer (model number) and download the Video (graphics) Driver for your computer. This should solve your problem.

Q. i bought this computer and i want to upgrade it
but i don't know what type of Memory it uses i already went to crucial.com but it doesn't recognize
i also want to upgrade the cpu from amd sempron 3200+
to amd athlon 64 x2 5000+
all i know is that it has nvidia 6100 nForce 405 on board graphics

to find out what type of memory you need you will need to take the side off and find the make and model number of the motherboard, you can then go to the motherboard manufacturers website and find the info there, alternatively download the motherboard manual [again using the make and model number] where all info regarding the board will definitely be present...the absolute easiest way by far though is to take the ram out and take it to a proper pc shop...the latter depends on how confident you are...it's not so difficult.
