Q. It used to work but I deleted a bunch of stuff off of my computer and now te sound is gone ! .. I there a site I can download some stuff for the sound , or a CD I have to get ? .. Make it simple , Please , Im not that bright !! :P haha . Thankss !

Sounds like you`ve deleted your sound drivers, you need to go to your manufacturers site to find and download the drivers.
You will need to know info about your pc e.g. make and model number.
If you`re not sure, download belarc advisor, this will give you all the info about your computer.
Have you any discs that came with computer?

I installed and activated Photoshop Elements 10 on my computer and the second install on my laptop. I activated the one on my desktop but not on my laptop and now I can't find the case. I there someplace that the program stores the number once you have activated it?

Run Belarc Advisor http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html It will give you a great deal of info about your PC including the product key.
You are not allowed a second install. It violates your license and Adobe will not allow it. You are permitted to uninstall on the first computer and install it on the second.
