Im looking to start making youtube videos soon and was wondering if there was anything i can change about my computer (desktop) or upgrade something to make it have more fps in minecraft for example. Right now i can run minecraft with optifine and get about 40-90 fps, but as soon as i run fraps or bandicam it lowers the fps down to 10-20 fps which isnt going to cut it. My computer info is:
Operating System:Windows 7 Home Premium
Processor: AMD Anthlon (tm) 64 Dual Core Proccessor 4000+ 2.10 GHz
Ram: 2GB
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6450
I think thats all the info you will need to help me. I dont know much about the inside of a computer i just know how to use one. If you can please let me know if i can upgrade this to make it run a whole lot faster when recording or if i can do something in my settings to do so, and how much it will cost estimated to upgrade my computer total. Thanks for all the help u may give me. Also can u pls add meon skype just in case i need more info and u can help me my skype is thepunisher199

then get a 7770 amd ddr5
and a cx500w psu
all can be found on newegg exept the ram ebay will supply it

How do you add memory to a computer?

Barrycudda
My daughter got a 'Sims' expension pack and the message said she didnt have enough memory. We took off some old gamres she doesnt play but still not enough.
Can I add more memory?
Here is my computer info:
Windows XP on a Compaq AMD Semprom 3000+2.00 Ghz 2.00 GB of RAM
Answer
Wrong type of memory...
Or is it...after seeing your specs, I'm thinking you mean HDD space (memory is something else).
Either image your drive onto a new (and larger) hard drive (HDD), or buy a larger HDD and install it in the computer *along with* the current drive, and save the games to the new drive.
Good Luck!
