I need help please, my computer keeps freezing every 4 minutes, and I keep having to just shut it down with the button that i have on my laptop. I need help fixing this. PLEASE!

Not nearly enough info to figure out whats going on but you could need more ram, need more hd space (delete some old stuff), or you may need to turn off some programs. You could have to many start up programs running in the background clogging up your system. You could also have a virus or some sort of malware/spyware that is connecting to the internet to spread and slowing your computer. There are tons more things that could be wrong but those are a few.

Hello there is malware on your machine,go here and run a Quick scan from Normal mode.

Then run SUPERAntiSpyware Free, after installing reboot to safe mode and run a Full scan,
