I forgot all my info. (passwords, usernames, etc. )I havent used that program for loke a month. Can u type somethin in the command prompt?

They don't actually block command prompt itself, but they somehow block the commands run in it.

if you want to enable the command prompt on a works computer don't you'll get in trouble but if it's your own computer then check this out http://windowsxp.mvps.org/disablecmd.htm it info on enabling or disabling the command prompt
