I was writing out a business plan for a carpet cleaning business and I'm trying to understand how much an insurance expense would cost. I don't have any idea. Could anyone give me an idea, and is there a way to roughly figure out what a businesses insurance expenses would cost for anything like a computer recycling company or running a bar? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently heard that tho you empty you recycling bin, the info is still on the comp and people can retrieve it back. How do I remove the info permanently? Thanks!
LOL I meant like, you even after shift-deleting files are still retrievable so how do you remove them PERMANENTLY from your comp.

You need a file eraser like Eraser from http://eraser.heidi.ie/ It will overwrite files if you use it to erase specific files, or if you want to wipe out previously erased files, empty your recycle bin and set it to wipe free space on your hard drive. This will take some time, so be patient.
