All computers in the world have different time scale, Even the computer may have incorrect time, yet how the routers does the routing packets in time correctly, why its does not confuse.? Do it use separate time convention all around the world.?

How do I stream live video game feeds from my television to my computer?

Is there a way I can stream a live video feed of a PS2 game through my computer?
I plan to use Livestream, if possible, to stream a live feed of real-time gameplay of various PS2 games.
Is there a way I can accomplish this?
If it helps I am running on Windows 7.

You need a tv tuner card. I have installed one at my desktop which allows me to join the "round" pin or the coaxial cable in real terms that goes into the tv, to be installed to the card which in turn is attached to the computer. I can watch television on my computer and you will be able to watch your game. People do it otherwise. I play my fifa on laptop and watch on a big LCD screen.
