What are some tech related jobs a student in pursuit of a computer science degree apply for or possibly do? Ive built my own computer before, I know how to manually delete viruses, I know quite a lot compared to the average person in the 10 years I've been around computers. Although I haven't actually have work experience in the technology field. Where can I start?
Some additional things about me:
As of now I want to become a software engineer/developer
Im a very tech savy person. Im infatuated with anything electronic
I would love to meet some people, mentors, anybody who can inspire me
I don't want to work for Bestbuy or geeksquad
Im familiar with a handful of known programs like photoshop, Xcode, MS office, etc. etc. (Not at a professional level, I know enough to work my way around the program and make things happen)
I just want to see what you have to say :)

Would it be possible to get jobs if I majored in Accounting and minor in Information Technology Management?

Would it be possible if there are any jobs available after I graduate if I majored in Accounting and minored in Info Tech Management? My interests are going towards internet technologies, computers and perhaps manipulating information as well. Am I going to the right direction?
