Why am I getting error message OOB1 when i boot on Windows XP?

When i turned on my PC and after the pc specs comes out before the windows logo. My pc will hang and an error message (00B1) will appear on the lower right corner of the screen. And booting will not continue it will stop on that black screen with logo. Can anybody tell me what is the problem with my PC. I was looking for the answer for how many days but cant find any. Thanks in advance.

windows explorer has create an error and has to shutdown ?

i tried installing internet explorer 7. after i rebooted my computer i got the error windoes explorer has created an error and has to shutdown. i tried running explorer.exe as a task but get the same error immediately.
