mikes computer info games image

Mike
I have a really outdated computer and it currently runs on a NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430. It is a terrible video card. I found a really good pci 2.0x16 video card that will make my computer faster with games. I plan to stay with my current computer and just upgrade it because it is a lot cheaper than buying a $1,399 computer. I want to get this video card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102950 to work with my dell inspiron 513. I am doing this because i plan to game on this computer often.

Hi Mike
My name is Harish and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. I assume you have a Inspiron 531 which comes with a NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 integrated card. Yes SAPPHIRE Ultimate Radeon HD 6670 graphic card should be compatible with your PC . Inspiron 531 has a PCIe 2.0 x16 slot.( Info- A PCIe X16 card will not fit in a PCI slot )
Hope this was helpful.

Answer
Well, at CES 2009, some nice ones were anounced, but they wont come until this spring, or summer.
Samsung P2
Pros: What u can get right now is the Samsung YP-P2, which i currently own. It had major firmware updates, and now is able to connect to ur fone via bluetooth. It has the capability to call, and receive phone calls. It features a built in mike, and voice recording options. Video quality is top notch, and sound quality is also much better than the ipod. Supports many different file formats, and it also includes a text viewer. The text viewer allows u to transfre .txt files from ur computer to the mp3 player, so u can view them at ur leisure.
Cons: Some games are on it, but it isn't user programmable so the games aren't that great. Also, no Wifi. Also, the touch screen is slightly less responsive than the ipod touchs, seeing that it came out some time ago.
Overall: if ur looking for a multimedia powerhouse, this won't work. If you want decent sound quality, with a custom equalizer, and great videos, this will work out. The bluetooth function isn't bad either. =]

If u can wait a few more months.....:
Samsung P3
Basically an updated P2 with an aluminum shell, more receptive touch pad, widgets (applications), and flash support for user programmable games. Has haptic feed back (a little vibration when u touch an icon) to let u know u selected something. Still no wifi, but retains the bluetooth =]
Cowon S9
Really nice mp3 player, with FLAC support, which is one of the highest quality song files u can get. Great display, and has tactile buttons on the top, which i really like. No wifi =[
Sony Walkman X-Series
Bascially sony's competitor against the ipod touch. It has wifi, which i heard is really nice through sony's web browser, and very receptive touch screen. The quality of video matches the Samsung player's screen, and with wifi, it should beat it. Unfortunatly, like all Sony players, it will probably be very expensive.
Iriver Spinn
If ur looking for something expensive and unique, u might wanna get this. But personally i wouldn't touch it. Lousy receptiveness etc. Only thing good is music and video. I would rather stick with the sony or the Samsung.
Remember the last four players have not been released yet, so not too much info on them. The sony looks like the most feature packed, then the Samsung. If u really want one now, get the Samsung P2. If ur willing to wait, check out these four. I didn't list any other touch screen mp3 player currently released besides the P2, because 1) the p2 blows them all away, 2) they are older models, and 3) i dont want u to waste ur money on them.
The iPod touch is nice too =] i have one =D
