Theres a lot of Russians playing Call of Duty 4. I can speak fluent Russian but I cant read what theyre saying because when they chat the letters are just some computer gibberish (âé÷òÃ) none of which are Russian letters.
So how can I read what theyre saying without changing all my settings to Russian (I still want English as my main language for the computer.)
Other info: Im using Windows Vista and my COD4 game is version 1.7. Thanks!

You can't... Make sure that you purchase the new game in Russian or change the language for your computer...

How can you tell what shader a graphics card has?

im loooking for a new gaming computer (Vista) a very high graphics, sound computer. mainly thats best for gaming. i want to do some reasearch but i can't tell what the shader types are in the graphic cards. where does it say it? unless they say something else instead of shader? i need atleast a shader 3 or more

Almost all new cards have Shader model 4
If a card is Direct X 10 compatible, it has 4. If it is 9.0c compatible, it will have 3.0
If you look up the specific card on the main site (ATI or NVidia), they will give you that info in the card specifications too
