Bitterly S
I'm buying a PC and was wondering what is the difference between the speeds? and how do I tell what my current computer's processor speed is?
Answer
I'll just add one more bit of info now than you know "how" to see what your CPU (Central Processing Unit) speed is...
If you can afford it, buy the Fastest Processor you can get!!! That and as much memory (the fastest memory it will take too) as the motherboard supports...
If it's a 32bit processor, it will only support 2gbs of memory, but if it's a 64bit processor, it will then support 4gbs of memory cards...OK
Why the fastest...Let me put it this way...How long do you want to wait on a program to run? The slower the speed, the slower your programs will startup and run. I have an Intel Pentium 2.66Ghz processor and it's now considered to be slow...

How do I find my Graphics Card Info Through Windows XP?
Alex K
I need to know how powerful my NVIDIA graphics card is. Can I find it in Windows XP anywhere? I know I can get my processor and RAM info by looking at "My Computer" properties but can't find anything about the graphics card. Thanks.
Answer
You can find out some info about it by going into the Device Manager. Right click My Computer> Properties> Hardware> Device Manager. Expand the folder labeled Display Adapters. Your Card should be listed there. For more complete info, write down the complete name of your card and check it out on the Nvidia site.
