I am enrolled in Medical Terminology, General Psychology, Info Systems 1, Computer Law &Ethics, and Fundamentals of public speaking. I wanted to take a semester break and study at home. I want to know if it would be smart to just enroll in regular class hours. Any advice from personal experience. Thank you :)

From what I know, most online college courses tend to be more work and assignments. You may not have to show up for class but the amount of time spend on trying to teach yourself the subject may be more time consuming than if you went to a regular class hour. If I were you, just take regular class hours. After all, you are paying for the professors to teach so might as well get your money's worth.

Where can i find information about Facebook lawsuits?

Robert
For my computer class, we have to write a paper on computer legalities and ethics. I have chosen to do privacy issues. I am trying to find a record of lawsuits the Facebook has encountered because they get lots of privacy and legality lawsuits. Can anyone help?
Answer
You can find some of the documents filed in various places. While some may have the settlements private, the actual suits themselves are often available.
First link New Privacy Lawsuit vs Facebook - you might need to a subscription to scribd.com. It's easy, free and you can use an anonymous gmail account to make it. It's a California Case
Look at the Canadian government's Privacy Commission's fight against Facebook's lack of privacy. Use search terms Facebook Vs Canada to find tons of data on the suit and how it was forced to shore up it's privacy rules.
The last link should provide you with a lot of solid info. It's Google Scholar's beta search for legal documents. Plow through the scads of data and you will see many references to Facebook vs. You can refine the search as well. Unfort. it covers just the US so if you want data on other countries you'll need to dig elsewhere. Some of the privacy issues haven't reached lawsuit stage, but Facebook is notorious for not responding responsibly to concerns and often the issues end up in court.
I have other references if you are interested. Just didn't want to load too much up here.
