Q. How can people trace computers??
Answer
By there IP address. When you send info accross the net the sending computer has a numerical number assigned to your connection. The receiving has the same. The numbers can be tracked back. Kind of like your computer is parked at parking space 1234.56.23.2. Another example would be like a checking account. Part of the number is the bank routing number that says the account is at this bank and it's customer number.....
They simply track back the number. Each email also has the same routine style number.

Security reguarding computers?
Michael S
If a website dropped a vuris in your computer about a year before I put pics on my computer and I have done a lot of comprehensive scans on my comp, is it possible that a virus could be stealing my pics. Also in internet option under advanced would having the 3rd party enabled web thing not chekced block all websites from retrieving info from a comp?
Answer
Hackers aren't going to waste their time writing a Virus that is going to steal pictures! They want personal information such as passwords, bank account info, credit card info that kind of stuff.
