Wrenchhead
I recently bought a used computer, and the Windows XP was registered in the previous owners name. I do not want to see Her name on everything on my computer and logging on too. Is there a way to change this and where do I go to change it step by step. I was told go to run, then type in regedit. From there I get lost. Please help...............Thank you

control panel
system
click on computer name
at Computer description: type in your name, for example
Computer description: Wrenchhead ed computer

Ok so i have windows xp and i need to know where i got to go to find the info on stuff like
how much hard drive i have
how much ram i have
the GHZ
and all of that stuff

Right mouse click on "My computer"
select "Properties"
than a window will display cpu and RAM info.

click start button
click run
type dxdiag
