There are many reasons for kernel panics - mostly due to hardware errors / incompatible hardware. You need to do some step by step troubleshooting.
If I was to troubleshoot, the very first question I'd ask is are you running OSx on Non Apple hardware? But that is impossible since it seems you are running a pre intel chip Mac (old Darwin Kernel, RELEASE_PPC means it's an old power pc chip). I am guessing it is OSx 10.4.x?
Next did you install any new hardware? Particularly a new NIC? This is a rather large stab in the dark, since I don't have too much info apart from the exception it threw, but I'd say you have made a hard ware change that has something to do with your networking, or there has been an incompatible software change in terms of networking controllers. Do you install updates often?
Unfortunately everything I typed is from a cursory view, so I may just be typing useless crap to you, and if so, sorry. If you can give any more info, no matter how irrelevant it seems (as long as you are not telling us which direction your machine faces!), someone may be able to help you out a bit more.
