Computer website?
Zaara
Hi! I am looking for a website where there is almost everything about computer terms. I need a specific website. There is one website I have in my mind but I have forgot its name. In this website you can do exercises and whenever you have got every answer correct, part of your screen turns green. Please if anyone of you know its name, tell me. I have a very important test, I really need this website. Thanks

Here are a few. Ran into these when I was looking up info on computer parts. (A long, longtime ago, on the last two)
1.Hardwaresecrets.com:
http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/quiz
2.Webopedia:
http://www.webopedia.com/
3.Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_terms
With Wikipedia.org you can type in specific items you're looking for. Let's say I want information on the BUS used in computers. I would type bus in Wikipedia's serach box, and on the search results click on Bus(computing):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bus_%28computer%29
Info on the Northbridge chipset?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northbridge_%28computing%29
List of Intel microprocessors?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_microprocessors
How about just the Intel Core2, or AMD microprocessors?
Intel Core2: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Core_2
AMD microprocessor:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AMD_microprocessors
PCI-Express:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI-Express
You get what I'm 'talking' about. Don't forget you can click on the terms, and names in blue, plus click on the links at the bottom.
Edit: Howstuffworks.com-"Computer Channel" is a good place to go for reference also. Many articles and videos on computer hardware, software, networking, etc., with many links. Not only does Hardwaresecrets.com above have the computer quiz, but they also have up-to-date reviews on computers, hardware, and technology. I suggest going to their homepage, and click on the headings at the top, Cpu,(processor articles), Memory,(Ram memory,{System},and related),Storage,(Harddrives and related),Video,(Graphics cards and related), etc.
