Why wont my computer connect to the internet?

Dexx- Star

i have a connection but when i open mozilla or internet explorer it says theres no internet when theres clearly a connection also the same thing with my itunes it says the itunes store wont connect, what do i do?

Answer
no idea what Operating System on your PC, no idea about your internet connection (cable modem, DSL modem, fiber, dial-up, router). Based on the info provided there is not much to go on....
If you have a modem and your pc connects directly to the modem, try powering off your modem and disconnecting the power cable for about a minute. Turn the modem back on and restart your computer. If you also have a router, go ahead and power cycle your router.
If you need more help, you will need to provide more info about what equipment you have, what`s installed on your computer as far as OS, Antivirus, Firewall etc...
Good luck.
