Hello there
I am new to Ubuntu rather linux community, very eager to learn and use ubuntu..
But plz tell me is there any way that i can download a software and then later on install it on another pc which may not have any internet connection or has minimum bandwidth.
If yes, then plz tell me how can i do that and from where will I find the desired software.. for example , multimedia/ mp3 players.

There are three main ways for you to get Ubuntu.
(1) Download Ubuntu to your computer;
(2) Buy on CD or DVD (If you are in North America you can get Ubuntu on DVD from Amazon.com);
(3) Request a free Ubuntu CD from Canonical, the company behind Ubuntu.

I just installed ubuntu on my computer and i had a old drive that had files from windows formated in NTFS so is there any way i could access them from ubuntu

If you installed Ubuntu into it's own partition & still have the Windows partition on your hdd then yes you can still access those files.
If you reformatted the whole hdd when you installed Ubuntu, then no all that info would be gone.
