Yep run-->cmd..>ipconfig/all would tell you the IP address of your computer. For detail on RAM, graphics card and motherboard click run-->dxdiag You can also download CPU-Z from the net and that tells you your motherboard chipset as well

How do you make a windows computer boot more quickly? How would you find an IP address, and Default Gateway?

Windows Computer Boot more Quickly
*disable startup items. (to more about this, follow the tutorial http://teamtutorials.com/windows-tutorials/remove-items-from-windows-xp-startup)
To find Ur ip address and default gate way (its simple)
*click start
*goto run
*in the text box type - CMD
*hit enter
*black box pops up
*in the black box, type IPCONFIG
*u wud get three types of numbers there
IP ADDRESS - XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
SUBNET MASK - XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
DEFAULT GATEWAY - XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
those are the info u needed.. hope this helps :)
