Is my Computer being hacked, exploited, spied, watched, infiltrated...etc. !? (Read Before You Answer)?

For sometime now I have been suspicious and paranoid about my computer being watched or used by a hacker of anonymous origin either while I'm not looking or it's been shutdown (If it that is possible...)
For weeks or maybe months I have been paranoid that someone is using my Comp while I'm using without me knowing, and of course due to some several occurrences and a couple of symptoms, I'm either wrong or just overreacting but anyways I just want to know what's really wrong with my Comp.

Specs:
OS: WIndows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
Processor: Intel Core i3 CPU 540 @3.07 Ghz
Memory: 4GB (3GB in Used)
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce GTS450
AV: Avast & Malwarebytes
The ff. Symptoms are:
* Windows Task Manager - CPU Usage: 40-50%, Physical Memory: 50-56%
* Nvidia Driver Update keeps failing
* Hard Drive Space keeps Changing (Ex. C Drive: 23.0 GB, Hrs later: 22.5-22.0 GB, Restart Comp: 23-22.7 GB..Something like that.
* Rundll32.exe not appearing anymore in Windows Task Manager, Normally it does.
* Garena - "WIndows cannot access the specified device, path or file", Got full UAC Admin Rights, Don't know it's Common...
* Today a Torrent download appeared out of nowhere, gone to eat dinner for less than 30 mins then notice a "PrimeWorld-bittorrent" file being download without my knowledge! downloaded 15 mins ago as in nobody used my Comp...
* Suspected Malware/ Spyware/ Virus: nvvsvc.exe, NxDVSync.exe, winlogon.exe , csrss.exe
-- All 4 have blank User Name, Command Line and Description on Task Manager
This is all I could think off, they all may be possible but can't be sure, to all who answers pls answer this question so I could decide what to do next...

Iâm no expert when it comes to hacking, butâ¦
I run XP on my computer. If you run a different version of Windows, this path may vary.
Firstly, on your desktop click Start\Control Panel\System. Now click on the Remote tab.
Make sure there is no tick in the box labelled "Allow Remote Assistance invitations to be sent from this computer".
Make sure there is no tick in the box labelled "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer".
Now click the Apply button, then click the OK button and return to your desktop.
Also, whenever a web site asks if you wish your password to be remembered, always say no.
If you run Firefox, click Tools\Options\Security. Under Passwords, make sure there is no tick in the box labelled "Remember passwords for sites". Now click the OK button.
If you use a different browser, I'm sure there will be similar changes you should make.
Once that's done...
Try this:
Boot your computer to the Safe Mode menu screen. You do this by repeatedly pressing F8 as soon as you boot up. Once there, use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode with Networking. Continue to boot from there, by pressing Enter. You will now see some drivers being loaded. There will be a pause at some point. This usually lasts for no more than 30 seconds.
Once at your desktop, download this free package.
When you click on the download button, wait for a few seconds and the download box will appear, without you having to enter your name or email address.
Save it to your desktop, unzip it...click on start.exe...then click on Emergency Kit Scanner. Wait for it to open (this may take a couple of minutes), then get updates and run a Deep Scan (the scan may take a while):
