I already canceled my credit and will be receiving a new one. My credit card company said in order for me to cancel my purchase with windows 7 antivirus 2012 I have to contact the people to cancel the purchase I made with them. Hello how do I call the people who are trying to scam me and tell them to cancel my order. Me getting a new credit card, will the windows 7 antivirus 2012 still get my info???

Since you're on a library computer you should copy the instructions for reference.
If you have some kind of removable media available (like a USB stick) and are able to download at the library, you'll be downloading some programs onto your removable media and running them on your infected computer.
If you don't have anything to download onto or can't download at the library, print out the instructions anyhow and try to run it on your infected computer in safe mode *with networking*.

Ok i know its just a ripoff thing but i tried to uninstall it and its not in my programs list....it keeps popping up "internet connection alert!" or your computer is infected and stuff like that....how do i remove it?

If you find you cannot dowload what they ask you to dowload,try booting into 'Safe Mode with Networking'..If that fails use another computer to download the files then transfer them to this computer via a USB flash drive.
