i was on aim and i got an IM from some kid and it said look at a photo gallery of us on tinyurl.com or sumthing and it ended up sending to everyone on my buddylist! and now nothing is working on my computer please help because on the front screen no icons show up. and this website keeps popping up

I actually just copied this from my other (Best answer) anyway don't listen to the using another computer part. You should be able to go into safe mode and download the Program I mentioned in the info below. (Read it, it will definitely help)
uh i hope you are using another computer...anyway...it definitely sounds like a virus pick up from looking at porn...it's ok we all have our moments
...anyway, when your computer is starting up, a screen with options should come up...it will go by fast but if you press uh....f4 or was it f9??? uh well one of those buttons takes you to a different option menu and it should have the words
start windows normally
start windows in safe mode
(i don't remember what the other one is but it doesn't matter.)
go into safe mode...there you can access the internet and it shouldn't bother you about any viruses...take your laptop that doesn't have a virus and download Microsoft Security Essentials...now take a flash-drive and transfer it over to the virus infected laptop while in safe mode...start it and let it do a quick scan of your computer...if it doesn't pull up anything then do a full scan...if that doesn't do anything...then you only have one option...you can still save your laptop but you have to destroy anything that wasn't originally put on it.
(in other words you have to delete everything that wasn't there when you first got it)
...but you can't just do this by hand...you have to have a disk that pretty much refreshes your computer back to the way it was...I don't know where to get the disk since im only a kid, and im not the one that fixed the virus, it was my dad...so I would search it on BING. Good-luck
