what is timing on a memory chip (9-9-9-27)? what about Cas Latency (9)? and Voltage (1.9V) what is this stuff, whats the best, and why is one better then another? thanks for the info!

hoping it would work better .Now, the videos don't come in right, they work worse than before. Do you have any ideas? I put the chip in the slot right, I always make sure I have adobe flash, up to date,...What could be the problem? How do you install the memory so it works better?
Yes, I did get the right RAM, because, I did a test.

Too little info offered to be of much help, but...
I assume that the video was working properly before installing the memory.
Remove the new memory. Is the memory correct for your computer?
Check the seating of the video card, if it is an add-on card.
Update the video card driver (Google the computer mfg of video card mfg, download the driver for your model and OS).
