computer info as wallpaper image

Do I have to use newspaper to make a pinata? Or can I use regular white computer paper?
Also, my daughter's birthday is in 3 days, is this adequate time to make one and have it dry in time? :( I slacked off this year on planning... ahh!

You can use any kind of "paper" you want... in fact, any material that's porous enough to absorb and hold the gluey stuff while the shape dries. You might need to soak or press thicker papers or smoother ones into the liquid a minute longer or press a little harder when pulling off the excess liqiud though. Btw, paper towels work too and are quite absorbent, and those blue "shop towels" on a roll make quite sturdy shapes with only a layer or two. (Be careful though... I made one pinata when my son was little with 5-6 layers of newspaper --whole sheets in a cylinder shape-- that was so strong even the moms had trouble breaking it!-- think I used wallpaper paste for that one; flour and water would probably have been weaker).
The pinata will dry more quickly if it's:
...thinner as opposed to thicker
...dried in a non-humid environment
...dried in an environment with moving air
...dried in a warm environment
To speed up the drying, put the pinata in front of a fan where air can circulate freely all around it, or at least in a warm, non-humid area. If it's small enough, you can even put it in an oven on lowest heat (door ajar if too big), or heat oven then put pinata inside with closed door and leave overnight or for hours.
(3 days should be plenty but keep in mind any painting time and it's drying, or the gluing on of crepe paper loops, etc.)

How do you load pictures on to the computer?

I have a lot of pictures on my phone and I want to put them on the computer and I don't know what I need because I might want to make them my wallpaper.

depending on the phone, you might need different things. it usually also varies with service provider. ex. i have sprint, with an LG rumor. to move pictures from my phone to the cpu, i would need to buy a microsd card, an adapter, and a regular sized sd card. but, some phones aren't compatible with sd cards and usb cords and such. you should 1st see if your phone has any slots besides headphones and charger slots. then, evaluate what the slot is used for. another idea is calling your service provider for more info. also, when you find out what you need, if anything, go to the online store of your service provider and browse around there to find what you need to transfer your pics. hope this helps.
