i have a virus and i cant press f8 and go to repair my computer it wont load.
So is there another way to restore my comp to factory condition without going to repair computer?
Answer
The virus is preventing you from any Administrative tasks. (You're the owner of the computer, hence the Administrator)
I suggest you download the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and kick that virus to the curb! Then you can restore your computer.
Malwarebytes will work where McAfee, Norton, AVG, Spybot Search & Destroy, Avast, Microsoft Live One Care, Microsoft Defender, and a host of others will not!

Download page for the free version,

The free version is all you need.
If you cannot use your computer now to download Malwarebytes, use the computer you're on, and burn Malwarebytes to a CD disk. Then load the disk in your computer with the problem.

How can I tell if my custom content for sims 2 PC is bugged or will hurt my computer or game?
Victor
When I turned on the custom content manager from the Sims 2 when it loads up, there are a lot of things that it says might "harm" the computer. How do I know which custom content will cause harm to my computer? (My computer froze after I enabled all the custom content download so I'm a little bit worried.)
Thanks.
Answer
The only way to know which custom content will 'hurt' your game is to only add downloaded objects to your game one item at a time. That way, if your game freezes or crashes, you will instantly which item you downloaded is not compatible with your game, and you can easily identify it and delete it. This happens to me fairly often and is not a big deal. Just remove the problem file and your game is back to normal again.
The fact that your computer 'froze' after installing custom content is cause for concern. Unless you mean that your game froze, not your computer. If your game froze see here: http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Finding_Problem_Custom_Content
If you were in fact talking about your computer, you may have an overheating problem, usually found in laptops with low-end or integrated graphics. If you have integrated graphics it is not recommended that you install any custom content at all.
