I am a new real estate agent and looking for a computer program that I can keep all my clients records in. One that will remind me of important dats (their birthdays, anniversary etc.) And I have a mac. So a mac program that will do all this... if anyone knows that would be great! Thanks!

Top Producer and Agent Office are good programs. I use ACT. It is by far more affordable and you can customize it to fit your needs. Just like the other 2 it can automatically send birthday, anniversary and holiday cards up to 3 years without you doing anything. You can set up mail merges that will customize every email with their info on it and send 1000 email in 1 minute all personalized. You can buy an older version as low a 3.0 for these capabilities for probably $10 on ebay. They have Mac versions also, my broker uses it on his Mac. Good luck out there

How should I go upon pursuing prosecution for computer crimes?

Crazy X got into database at work. Put up porn, etc. on our database, info got sent to 200-300 people. Police in CT charged him with 1 count computer crimes and 1 count harassment. I think there should be more to it. . . any direction will be helpful.

The laws are only just evolving now for computer crimes. I definitely think Crazy X should have more charges filed. Porn alone is an offense and hacking into a corporate database is another. Something is just not adding up here!
