How do I find out if my computer has a remote hidden administrator spying on it?

someone else set up my computer when I knew nothing about them. he had put himself as an administrator. the computer has his registation info.my windows XP has HSHOME as default netgroup. can he be accessing my computer using a tunnel in my LAN if he is a remote hidden adminitrator. since the netgroup is default its hard to tell if they are running. I have become increasingly suspect. is there any one thing that will absolutely let me know

control alt delete. you should see the active users in one of the tabs. OR set your firewall to block EVERYTHING and unlock things one by one.
