computer info on desktop windows 7 image

valentin
Im looking to start making youtube videos soon and was wondering if there was anything i can change about my computer (desktop) or upgrade something to make it have more fps in minecraft for example. Right now i can run minecraft with optifine and get about 40-90 fps, but as soon as i run fraps or bandicam it lowers the fps down to 10-20 fps which isnt going to cut it. My computer info is:
Operating System:Windows 7 Home Premium
Processor: AMD Anthlon (tm) 64 Dual Core Proccessor 4000+ 2.10 GHz
Ram: 2GB
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6450
I think thats all the info you will need to help me. I dont know much about the inside of a computer i just know how to use one. If you can please let me know if i can upgrade this to make it run a whole lot faster when recording or if i can do something in my settings to do so, and how much it will cost estimated to upgrade my computer total. Thanks for all the help u may give me. Also can u pls add meon skype just in case i need more info and u can help me my skype is thepunisher199
how do i know when all these things are outdated?

I would get 2x4gb sticks of ram and switch that out with your 2gb ram. That'll help minecraft a lot. A new graphics card will also help you with frames a lot. If you don't want to spend money, then Judy's make sure all the drivers are updated on your software/hardware.
Rams gonna be about $60-$80.
A good mid-upper mid graphics card will be about $200-250. I would definitely get a new card first, especially for recording. Your card right now is kinda outdated.

Can i use my laptop to connect my desktop to the internet?

Ben Denton
OK, this is the situation, I have two computers, one desktop that is running vista and a laptop that is running windows 7, the laptop is wireless the desktop is not. Can I use a Ethernet cable to connect the two computers and use my laptop to connect my desktop to the internet?
If anyone needs more info, please ask below.
Thanks.
Answer
Yes you can. It's called Internet Connection Sharing. I created a how-to video on just that. The link showing the video on youtube is below.
If your still having troubles, just let me know...
