What do you learn in Intro to Computer Info Systems?

I'm majoring in Computer Science. And I'm wondering if this will be any benefit for me. What exactly do you learn in this class?


Answer
I took a intro course a few years back. This covers a high-overview of information systems. Introduces the fundamentals of computer systems and the role of information processing in today's business environment. An overview is presented of information systems, systems development, operating systems and programming, database management, networking and telecommunications, and the Internet.

Would it be possible to get jobs if I majored in Accounting and minor in Information Technology Management?

Would it be possible if there are any jobs available after I graduate if I majored in Accounting and minored in Info Tech Management? My interests are going towards internet technologies, computers and perhaps manipulating information as well. Am I going to the right direction?

IT BOOM is over for few yrs.. Accounting will place u good nowadays.
