I know CAD experience is always in demand, so what about CAD, a computer tech, and networking degree?
Answer
With the competition for jobs these days, a degree from a university should allow one to become more marketable though with no guarantees. If you're wanting to learn a trade, please forgo those private $$ for-profit tech schools and instead opt for the more affordable county vo-tech school or community college, and the county schools may be more regulated, too. How about talking with a career counselor at the local community college.
For general career info: http://www.bls.gov/oco and can search 'drafters', 'computer, automated tellers, and office machine repairers', 'engineering technicians' or such.
With schooling, please also steer clear of those online, for-profit schools (though may have 'brick and mortar' buildings and may be 'accredited') such as penn foster, ITT tech, strayer, ashworth, devry, ashwood, walden, argosy, sanford brown, everest, high tech, remington, colorado tech, ITT tech, kaplan and others as they are merely out to 'make a profit' (and course credits may Not transfer to other schools). There is a pattern at these consumer sites: http://www.ripoffreport.com and http://www.pissedconsumer.com and http://www.complaintsboard.com and can search.
For US colleges: http://www.utexas.edu/world/univ

Matty
-2.2GHZ athlon processor
-2.5GB RAM
-120GB Hard drive

Only thing wrong with it is the 2 USB ports at the front don't work however it has 6 at the back.
