i want to make a playstation game at home but i need the software (or freeware) that will let me translate what i have made and programmed on the computer, to info on a disc my playstation can use. Cause obviously the game creators didn't make the games on the console itself. so could anyone tell me if and where i can get some freeware that will let me do this?

i was downloading something off of frostfire
and then my computer started saying it had a trojan virus and that it was looking for valuable info
i turned my comp off
when i turned it on i logged in my accoun and it said changes were
made to limited functions
all i could now is go on the internet
what should i do?
