Computer login help!!!?
Beowulf
Ok so try logging on and while it was booting it said diskette drive 0 seek failure. I tried to change the boot sequence but the same thing pops up every time. It also says press F1 to continue or F2 to run setup utility. So i click F1 and it goes to login screen. But when I try clicking on my account it says "this copy of windows must be activated with Microsoft before you can log on. Then it takes me back to login screen. I tried safe mode but when i press F8 nothing happens and it takes me to the diskette failure thing.
What do i do?????????????
Oh never mind it seems that my keyboard had an error so i switched my keyboard. I can finally run in safe mode. But thanks for the answer!!!!1

This one is tough:
If you have a Windows CD around you need to insert it and reboot the computer.
When it loads you need to select the Command Line Repair option.
You will eventually see a black screen with text(DOS)
type "fixboot" just to rule anything out.
then type "chkdsk /r" and wait and wait. This will scan and try to repair or tag bad sectors on your hard drive.
If all else fails it may be a malware issue.
You will need to download a "rescue" file to put on a CD or USB stick to boot from and scan/repair
your system.
I recommend stop-malware.com/malware-rescue-cd.html
This is free to download and will provide more info on the process.
