GPU: ATI Radeon HD 6850 OC 820 MHz 1GB
RAM: 4GB (2x 2G) Corsair DDR3 1600 MHz

That looks like a fine gaming computer. I cant really say its a good deal because i live in the US and parts are very cheap, idk part cost there.
But that computer should be able to handle any game on max settings @ 1920x1080 resolution and get good FPS.
EDIT: i went to the site you listed and damn your stuff is expensive lol
TBH i would either get this processor:
http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/product_info.php?sort=3a&products_id=42900
Its the same processor you have just just 300mhz less and like $50 less. its not worth that. you would be better off getting an x6 for that much.
For overclocking i think you would be better with an asus board like this one:
http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/product_info.php?sort=3d&products_id=45001
BTW about overclocking your cpu, you will need a good aftermarket cooler. Didnt really see very many good cpu coolers, but if you want to OC to like 4ghz you will probably need something like these:

For a case id say this one, it has option to have fans on top so better airflow. Btw i dont like how your site doesnt really show the cases. Or this one is cheaper and also has top/side vents. Also idk what video card you got, but if its factory overclocked, then it will be more expensive then reference models. And you can overclock them yourself easily to save money.
PSU looks good. 650W is plenty enough even if overclocking.
This would just be other suggestions.

building a computer?
kaledaysta
I want to build a computer and would like a good site where I could put one together and maybe see if it works.
Answer
do you mean website? IF you want to build a computer from scratch there are a few good places to look online for parts: newegg.com, zipzoomfly.com. For advice on putting it together - it depends on what its for. Gaming rigs are best with the dual AMD processors. Anthing involving multi-tasking, stick with intel processors. You'll want a mobo (motherboard) that has a PCI-E slot as AGP will soon be phased out. Also make sure your mobo can take 2+gigs of ram and have the slots avail. If you go with Windows, the next OS will need a gig to simply RUN the OS. I would also check www.sharkyforums.com on further advice on putting your computer together.. We can give you best info there. Also you need to be very specific on what you want your computer for and what your cost is. We can recommend parts that can run you several grand or several hundred depending on your requirements.
