I was just wondering is there a toolbar that can display my comp. specs, like what percent of my computer is working, my fan speed, my computer temp., and other things.
It dosent have to be a toolbar, it can be a program.

How can i start my computer from scratch w/o re-installing?

So my computer Was a complete total (insert swear word here). and i just could not handle it anymore. is there a way to get my computer from scratch w/ the least amount of programs and i have no idea what to uninstall cause i have some sort of program in there that supports my audio and if i delete it no more audio for me. So please help me out, My computer was amazing 1 year ago and now it's just fhsdjkfhdsjkfsdhfdsh, i can't even think of a word for it.

Your computer probably has a hidden recovery partition that contains an image of the computer as it was when new. Right click on Computer on the Desktop and select Manage, Disk Management. If you see this partition, Google xxx recovery partition where xxx is the make and model of your computer.
Save all files you want to keep on a thumb drive. You will have to reinstall any software you adde and will also have to do a years worth of Windows updates.
Before you do this install and print out a Belarc Advisor scan. This will give you a ton of info about your computer including product keys necessary to reinstall some software. http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
