Before I ask this I apologize for not haveing all of the info but my friend hasnt got the laptop yet so I dont really know what it has..

Basically my friend is getting a laptop and he keeps saying it would blow my computer away so which one is better

With windows vista

My Computer
Intel Pentium 4 @ 2.66
2 GB Kingston Hyper X
512mb GDDR3 ATI Radeon X1950 pro

Which computer would be better with games and benchmarks

Firstly laptops suck ar-se for gaming.

Secondly Vista sucks ar-se for gaming as many games are not compatable with it.

Third RAM is essential for gaming, the more the better.

Fourth The faster your processor the better.

Trust me, your mate is a retard for thinking this!

Vista Anti Malware Question?

I have pop ups coming from my icon bar where it says the time (bottom right hand corner) telling me that vista anti malware has found 29 trojans and worms and it starts to do a scan on my computer. I get more pop ups telling me to register to get rid of these viruses. It also wont let me get onto the internet, when i try to go to my home page a pop up comes up telling me i shouldnt go to any websites without downloading something, and when i click ignore i get taken to a page were i can click to download that thing again or go on with my homepage, but when i click that it does nothing.

Does this sound familar to anyone? I dont know what to do
