On a windows XP Professional SP2 computer. So that my laptop is the computer that controls the XP Professional Computer.
Things to consider when answering:
1. I don't want to have to make it where I have to be at both the laptop and the xp pro computer at the same time so that I can first allow it to see whats happening on the computer then once again say yes to a prompt that pops up when I select take over.
2.give me a good answer and I give you 10 points.
NO DOWNLOADING IS TO BE INVOLVED.
Ok then nvm on the no downloads thing, but fen and michael both have really good answers (fen for the link and michael for fixing the laptop not having pro installed)
Although fen's link has more info so fen wins! thanks guys!
Now to wait 4 hours so i can make him the winner....

I have been hacked by having remote desktop connection installed on my pc.How can I find info about the hacker?

My emails have been hacked. I found out that I had remote desktop connection 6.1 installed on my pc without me knowing. How can I reverse the hacking in some way so that I can retrieve the emails that I have been locked out of and also to know the username/ip address of the person who has hacked me so that I can file a lawsuit against him. My emails contain a lot of important/private information, please help me asap. Thank you!
Answer
Everyone has that on their computer or some form of it so that a tech can help you troubleshoot problems without being there. You have to give permission to someone to access it.
Where is the email? what kind? Is it outlook? what service provider to you have? I check my mail by Comcast but I can also go online to sign in and access my emails.
I believe you have some other mundane problem with your computer - not a hacker.
