Ok so my laptop has yet another virus and they are planning to wipe out all my files, pictures, videos, and music. Basically, ruin my life. Well, my laptop is packed with stuff and i cant put it all onto flash drives orelse i would use at least 20 of them lol. I have used several cds to transfer my pictures to the other PC but videos and music files are becoming a problem. I then remembered how the workers at the phone company hooked up my two phones to transfer all my info from the old one to the new one. Can I do this with my laptop and PC using a USB cable or something?! Because that would make my life a heck of a lot easier! haha

So, my iPod Touch is connected to the iTunes on my husband's computer. Well, it needs to be sent in for a new hard drive, which will wipe all that. I would like to download iTunes on my computer now and sync my iPod with it. How do I get all the information transferred over without wiping my iPod?
Answer
Copy the files from one computer to the other via external hard drive, flash drive, memory card, data disc, e-mail or IM. Then import them to iTunes.
